Child and Family Services Clinic

Smith HallThe mission of the Child & Family Services Clinic (CFSC) is to provide affordable, quality mental health care to the children and families of the Lawrence community and surrounding areas. As a training clinic for the Clinical Child Psychology program at the University of Kansas, all treatment at CFSC is conducted by graduate student therapists under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist.

The Child and Family Services Clinic offers treatment, assessment, and consultation services for a wide range of issues, including learning problems, developmental delays, emotional-behavioral concerns, aggression, anxiety, depression, abuse, stress, pain, school difficulty, toileting problems, nonadherence to medical regimens, and obesity. Individual, family, and group therapy options are available on a sliding fee scale. Services are both offered on site and in school and home settings.
