Summary

My research interests are to better understand the factors that influence disease management in children and adolescents with chronic health conditions. I am particularly interested in examining how health behaviors, specifically sleep, impact blood glucose and adherence to type 1 diabetes disease (T1D) management behaviors in youth with T1D and their families. My goal is to utilize novel tools in health assessment to better understand these processes and to improve illness management.
